Caitlan Ingros, LCSW

Caitlan Ingros, LCSW, is a liscensed clinical social worker specializing in perinatal mental health. She earned her Masters of Social Work from Columbia University and completed clinical training at the Motherhood Center of New York and New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell's Payne Whitney Clinic. She has worked with the perinatal population for over six years, most recently at Allegheny Health Network's Alexis Joy D’Achille Center for Perinatal Mental Health. She is specially trained in perinatal psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Complicated Grief Therapy (CGT), Circle of Security Parenting (COSP), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy with Toddlers (PCIT-T). She has also completed trainings focused on perinatal loss and grief. Her clinical interests include perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), perinatal grief and loss, and military spouses. As a mother of two and Army wife, she understands how difficult change (and parenthood!) can be. She uses a combination of evidence based practices and an empathetic approach to allow individuals to navigate the ups and downs of parenthood.
